Gaon Chart Music Awards ke-10 digelar pada 13 Januari 2020. Acara tahunan ini disiarkan secara online, dan digelar dengan mengikuti protokol kesehatan.
Dalam acara penghargaan tersebut, Leeteuk Super Junior dan Lia ITZY didapuk sebagai pembawa acara. BTS dan BLACKPINK adalah dua dari sejumlah grup yang memborong piala di ajang Gaon Chart Music Awards ke-10.
