Chef Marinka telah resmi menikah dengan Peter Lufting. Kini ia cerita soal tantangan menikah saat pandemi virus Corona.
Chef Marinka awalnya mengunggah foto pernikahan dengan Peter Lufting. Di situ, ia sedang seru-seruan bersama keluarga dan teman-temannya.
Chef Marinka bersyukur mereka bisa menjadi saksi pernikahannya. Ia juga bahagia bisa menemukan cara bagaimana menggelar hari bahagia itu, meski hanya segelintir orang.
"There are family and there are friends..then,there are friends that becomes family. #ohana. With a very minimized, very close circle of friends and family, we found a way to make our adorable #weddingday happened," tulis Marinka di Instagram.
Chef Marinka merasa menikah saat pandemi virus Corona merupakan tantangan. Sebab, ia harus mengikuti semua protokol kesehatan agar acaranya berlangsung aman.
"Marrying during covid season was a challenge for everyone, as we want everybody to enjoy the celebration but also feel safe, we feel the need to follow all protocols and even more, as we feel responsible for everyone's safety during and after the day," ujar Marinka.
Chef Marinka pun melakukan beberapa tes COVID-19 buat keluarga dan teman yang hadir di pernikahan. Ia memastikan dirinya dan orang yang hadir mematuhi aturan kesehatan.
"For everyone's comfort we provided rapid tests before entering the building, including both of us. Face shields and masks are provided so everyone can wear them during the holy matrimony," tutur Marinka.
Chef Marinka juga bicara usahanya menemukan tempat yang pas untuk menikah. Di sisi lain, ia sedih karena pernikahannya hanya dihadiri segelintir orang dekat saja.
"We found a beautiful venue in a safe, spacious environment, with access to a private balcony for good air circulation. We try to find all ways to be able to have more people on that day, but we just couldn't find the safest conclusion, we feel really sad that we couldn't invite more of our closest friends and family, as 19 people incl our photographer friend @jeffma_ was already almost impossible," ucap Marinka.
Di akhir cerita, Chef Marinka sangat lega akhirnya bisa menikah. Ia diketahui dipersunting Peter Lufting di usia 40 tahun.
"Despite all, that day was as beautiful as we had imagine and we feel relieved that everyone is safe and healthy, which is the most important thing right now. Love you my ohana, we are so grateful to have you in our life," pungkas Marinka.
