Donasi tersebut kemudian kembali didistribusikan Rich Brian melalui drone. Pria bernama asli Brian Imanuel itu terlihat memberikan makanan pada petugas medis, sejumlah uang pada pedagang kaki lima, dan sejumlah keluarga dan orang-orang yang perekonomiannya terdampak pandemi COVID-19 lewat donasi itu.
