Umumkan Album 'The New Abnormal', The Strokes Rilis Lagu Baru

Yang kamu tunggu akhirnya tiba juga. The Strokes baru saja mengumumkan detail proyek anyar berupa album berjudul 'The New Abnormal'.

Dari Loudwire, album itu bakal dirlis pada 10 April 2020. Proyek tersebut dibuat berkat kerja sama dengan label Cult?RCA Records.

The Strokes juga menggunakan karya dari Jean-Michel Basquiat berjudul 'Bird on Money' untuk artwork 'The New Abnormal'.

Yang bikin penggemarnya makin senang adalah pengumuman detail album itu juga diikuti oleh perilisan lagu baru, 'At The Door'.

Sayangnya, 'At The Door' bukan untuk penggemar The Strokes yang rindu dengan alunan pop rock. Jangan berharap ada drum yang menghentak dan suara gitar yang melengking.

'At The Door' punya suara synth yang lebih dominan. Single perdana ini terdengar begitu sentimental.

Lagu tersebut juga sukses membuat rasa penasaran akan albumnya semakin tinggi. Dengan kata lain, 'At The Door' sukses menjadi lagu pembuka album 'The New Abnormal'.
