HYBE Labels Dominasi Pemenang MAMA 2023

Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2023 menutup upacara penghargaannya dengan menggelar acara hari kedua pada Rabu (29/11/2023). Penghargaan utama diserahkan pada momen ini dan artis-artis dari HYBE Labels mendominasi kategori utama.

MAMA 2023 digelar di Tokyo Dome, Tokyo, Jepang. Acara yang digelar dua hari berturut-turut sejak 28-29 November 2023 itu dimulai dengan penyerahan penghargaan Bonsang di hari pertama, juga penobatan Worldwide Icon of the Year untuk BTS.

Penghargaan hari kedua termasuk Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, dan Album of the Year. Semua penghargaan tersebut dimenangkan oleh artis-artis di bawah HYBE Labels.

NewJeans (manajemen ADOR) membawa pulang dua piala penghargaan utama (Daesang) untuk kategori Artist of the Year dan Song of the Year untuk lagu Ditto. Sementara SEVENTEEN (manajemen Pledis Entertainment) menang Daesang di kategori Album of the Year untuk EP FML.

Tidak hanya itu saja, NewJeans dan SEVENTEEN juga menang di kategori Best Dance Performance Group masing-masing untuk kategori Female Group dan Male Group. Sementara untuk kategori Best Dance Performance Solo dimenangkan oleh Jisoo BLACKPINK.

Selain SEVENTEEN, NewJeans, artis HYBE Labels lain yang juara di MAMA 2023 adalah LE SSERAFIM. Girlband yang bernaung di bawah Source Music itu dianugerahi piala Favorite Dance Performance (Female Group).

Jungkook BTS juga memenangkan piala untuk kategori Best Collaboration, Jimin BTS menang sebagai Best Male Artist, sementara lagu BTS The Planet keluar sebagai Best OST. Terakhir dari HYBE Labels ada Suga dengan nama Agust D yang memenangkan kategori Best Rap & Hip Hop Performance untuk lagu People Pt. 2 featuring IU.
